3. What social, legal, or ethical issues might arise with use of wikis? Same copyrighting issues that exist in any on-line project with cut and paste capabilities; inappropriately editing wikis; using inappropriate language and on-line bullying; teacher/managers have to monitor for sabotage; if a wiki is not closed off to a small group, any one on the www can access personally identifying information; do districts allow this access;

1. How can blogs be used to enrich academic? interactive, sharing, inclusive, good home communication, focus is communication rather than collaboration
2. How can blogs be used to engage staff and students? communicating , archiving resources, sharing resources, inputting pictures and video
3. What social, legal, or ethical issues might arise with use of blogs? Same as wikis. The owner of the blog needs to stay on top of the communication and interaction.
